Job Description: We are looking for a result-driven Team Leader, to be responsible for monitoring and supervising a team of sales to achieve the organization’s objectives and increase sales. You will be responsible for providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum. You should create a cohesive team that works efficiently together to maximize the sales team’s potential.

Roles & Responsibilities for Team Lead: Out-Bound / In-Bound Calls

  • Manage all In-bound / Out-bound Calls. Planning, prioritizing, and communicating with team of sale members to ensure efficiency, accuracy and quality are met for all In-bound / Out-bound related Activities.
  • Maintain high accuracy with operational procedures for verification of incoming / outgoing calls and oversee day to day operations.
  • Delegate tasks, set deadlines and set clear team goals.
  • Ensure complete accurate inventory control activities and paperwork which include daily reports. All In-bound / Out-bound data, monthly report and performance of team to be monitored and reported.

Job Position: Team Lead – Channel Partner

Job Description: We are looking for a goal-oriented Channel Sales Team Lead for winning, maintaining, and expanding all our partner / franchise relationships within the assigned territory.

Desirable Skillset for all positions:

· Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, or related field

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations

· Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

· Excellent organizational skills.

· Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and industry-specific analysis software
