Senior Manager-Sales and Operations

Role & Responsibilities: 

  • Setting the di​rection and strategies for SAAS Products, Managing P&L, Business development, reviewing the performance against set objectives 
  • Setting the sales targets, tracking the progress, and reporting results on a periodic basis 
  • Leads, directs, and motivates the team to achieve sales volume and profit goals of the organization.  
  • Research and identify new potential B2B customers and new market opportunities  
  • Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally 
  • Nurturing the B2B leads from various channels throughout the sales lifecycle 
  • Use creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth.  
  • Expand SAAS and Ananda E-Clinic business to other territories 
  • Responsible for hiring and training of the team 
  • Bring efficiency in sales, operations and achieve profitability in business 

Skills & Experience: 

  • MBA graduate from a reputed institute 
  • 4+ years post-MBA work experience preferably in Pharma / Healthcare domain 
  • Good analytical and decision-making skills 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset 
  • Team Management 
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment 
  • Should have experience of creating sales forecast 
  • Investor decks and financial projections for business 
  • Should be conversant with CRM tools 
  • Should have exposure of creating marketing plans for user acquisition and executing them 
  • Should have experience of market/customer base evaluation to define sales strategies
